Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Levi’s® purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 60 days of your original purchase date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse processes your return, usually within 7-10 business days, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
